For Senator Obama to win an election and become our next president, he must be a president of All the people. Saying things that are insightful and politically expedient at the expense of the poor and disenfranchised is not a good thing. I would request that he state clearly what he will do to eliminate the problems facing America today. What could he have done with $500 billion! How will he get rid of systematical racism once and for all? What about poverty?

Of course that is an obvious and unnecessary statement, but I wanted to make a point. We paint pictures based on what we are told and what we choose to believe, and not always based on facts. Mention Illegal Immigrants and an image is formed in our mind. We really should examine how we, as people, are fanning the flames of hatred simply based on our own prejudices. Abuse of illegal immigrants are on the rise, but who cares? They have no money and they have no voice and are easily exploited. It is far more wide spread than one would believe. Exploitation, political and otherwise, seems to be the order of the day.
